Ieder jaar publiceert de DDMA de Nationale E-mail Benchmark. Een rapport dat inzichten geeft in ontwikkelingen en trends binnen het e-mailmarketing speelveld. Voor het eerst is de benchmark niet in rapport vorm, maar juist een compleet interactief dashboard. Zo kan je snel zien wat de populairste verzenddagen- en tijdstippen zijn. Wat viel er op dit jaar?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Een van de meest opvallende resultaten is dat de gemiddelde COR, CTR en CTO zijn gestegen ten opzichte van vorig jaar. Zo is de Confirmed Open Rate (COR) gestegen naar 39,3% (+1,3%). De Click Through Rate (CTR) en de Click To Open rate (CTO) zijn gestegen naar 7,7% (+0,2%) en 17,2% (+0,4%). E-mailmarketeers weten hun doelgroepen steeds beter te bereiken. Daarnaast openen doelgroepen van kleinere campagnes e-mails 8,1% meer dan gemiddeld. Net als vorig jaar geldt: hoe groter de campagnes, hoe lager de gemiddelde ratio\u2019s. Desalniettemin zien we wel een stijging van de COR bij grotere campagnes. Daarmee is de dalende trend van vorige jaren doorbroken.<\/p>

Ook is de open rate (COR) op mobiel sterk gestegen ten opzichte van vorig jaar. De COR\u2019s van mobiel (50%) en desktop (50%) zijn nu gelijk verdeeld, waar de open rate op mobiel vorig jaar nog lag op 37%.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

De analyse beslaat 19,6 miljard e-mails verdeeld over 834.000 e-mailcampagnes verstuurd door 6.012 organisaties tussen 1 januari 2015 tot en 31 december 2019. De data van 2019 is beschikbaar gesteld door zes e-mail service providers (Spotler, Hellodialog, Webpower, Measuremail, MailCampaigns en Tripolis) die daarmee een substantieel deel van het totaal aantal verstuurde e-mailcampagnes in de Nederlandse markt vertegenwoordigen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
