Tegelijkertijd zijn het e-mails die de meeste webwinkels in grote hoeveelheden versturen. Immers, iedere bestelling wordt opgevolgd door mailtjes ter bevestiging. Deze transactionele e-mails kun je voortaan ook met Hellodialog versturen!<\/p>\n<h2>Nieuwsbrief versus transactionele e-mails<\/h2>\n<p>De intentie tussen nieuwsbrieven en transactionele e-mails verschilt van elkaar: een nieuwsbrief verstuur je om mensen op de hoogte te houden van nieuws over producten of je organisatie. Transactionele e-mails worden automatisch gemaild als iemand iets doet via je website (zoals bevestigingsmails, leveringsmails, welkomstmails, etc.).<\/p>\n<h2>Branding van transactionele e-mails<\/h2>\n<p>Het mooie van transactionele e-mails via Hellodialog is dat je de opmaak van deze e-mails zelf kunt aanpassen in de Drag &amp; Drop editor. Vaak worden zulke e-mails beschouwd als pure informatieve e-mails die alleen betrekking hebben op de aankoop, aanmelding of aanvraag. Natuurlijk is dat het primaire doel, maar daarnaast is het waardevol om branding elementen toevoegen aan deze e-mails.
