Iedere reproductie, herhaling, gebruik of aanpassing, op welke wijze dan ook, van het geheel of slechts een onderdeel ervan, met inbegrip van de technische applicaties, zonder voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming van de verantwoordelijke, is ten strengste verboden. De wijze waarop u verbinding zoekt met de website is uw eigen verantwoordelijkheid. U dient zelf alle geschikte maatregelen te treffen om uw apparatuur en uw gegevens te beschermen tegen onder andere virusaanvallen op het internet. Vult u een formulier op hellodialog.com in, dan verstrekt u enkel de daar genoemde gegevens aan ons. Betaalt u facturen aan ons of aan een van onze partners, dan heeft u toegang tot de app omgeving waar wij in ieder geval de volgende gegevens van u verzamelen:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bedrijfsnaam;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facturatiegegevens;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voor- en achternaam;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Geslacht;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adresgegevens;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Telefoonnummer;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E-mailadres;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informatie betreffende het gebruik dat u maakt van onze tool en onze mobiele app (bijv. heatmaps, tijdstip van in- en uitloggen, modules\/functionaliteiten die u het meest en het minst gebruikt, etc.);<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De (encrypted) logingegevens gekoppeld aan uw gebruikersprofiel;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IP-adres en daaraan gekoppelde geografische locatiegegevens (land en regio, maar geen exact adres);<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alle andere persoonsgegevens vrijwillig overgedragen aan Hellodialog (bv. tijdens correspondentie met Hellodialog);<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als directe klant hebben we uw persoonsgegevens in de eerste plaats nodig om uw persoonlijke account te cre\u00ebren op de tool. Verder hebben we uw gegevens nodig zodat onze medewerkers uw vragen gericht en spoedig kunnen beantwoorden. Uiteraard zullen we de gegevens ook gebruiken om uw facturen correct op te stellen en toe te sturen, alsook om eventuele betalingsproblemen op te volgen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In uw eerste weken als Hellodialog-klant sturen we op regelmatige basis nuttige onboarding e-mails. Zo leert u onze tool snel op de juiste manier gebruiken. Zolang u klant bent bij Hellodialog ontvangt u ook onze product updates. Zo bent u steeds op de hoogte van de nieuwste aanpassingen aan onze tool en app, bijvoorbeeld wanneer we een nieuwe feature lanceren. Daarnaast ontvangt u als klant ook onze maandelijkse nieuwsbrief waarin we de meest relevante tips, blogs en nieuwtjes op een rijtje zetten. Tot slot nodigen we u als klant ook graag uit op onze evenementen. Alle informatie die verwerkt wordt op app.hellodialog.com staat opgeslagen op servers van CloudVPS binnen de EU.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hellodialog deelt jouw persoonsgegevens niet met derden, tenzij dit noodzakelijk is om te voldoen aan een eventuele wettelijke verplichting.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hellodialog maakt gebruik van externe dienstverleners, die in onze opdracht jouw gegevens verwerken, om zo onze dienstverlening naar jou te kunnen uitvoeren. Met deze verwerkers sluiten wij een verwerkersovereenkomst om te zorgen voor eenzelfde niveau van beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid van jouw gegevens. Hellodialog blijft verantwoordelijk voor deze verwerkingen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wij hebben alle redelijke technologische en organisatorische voorzorgsmaatregelen genomen om elk risico op ongeoorloofde toegang tot en verlies, misbruik of wijziging van uw persoonsgegevens tot een minimum te beperken.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al het internetverkeer naar Hellodialog verloopt via een SSL-versleutelde verbinding (Secure Socket Layer of veilige en beschermde overdracht van gegevens via het internet), en we aanvaarden enkel verkeer via poort 443.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toch is het belangrijk dat u weet dat het onmogelijk is om een onfeilbaar niveau van veiligheid te garanderen. Geen enkele methode van overdracht of doorgifte en van elektronische opslag van gegevens via het internet is 100% veilig.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De veiligheid van uw (demo-)account is uiteraard ook afhankelijk van de mate waarin u uw persoonlijke logingegevens geheim weet te houden. Onze medewerkers zullen u in ieder geval nooit vragen om logingegevens door te geven. Wanneer u toch beslist om logingegevens aan een derde mee te delen, heeft deze derde toegang tot de persoonsgegevens op uw account en kunnen wij niet langer instaan voor de veiligheid van uw gegevens. Wanneer u vaststelt dat een derde op ongeoorloofde wijze toegang heeft tot het account raden wij aan dat u uw wachtwoord onmiddellijk wijzigt en dat u contact met ons opneemt.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Op grond van artikel 13 lid 2 sub b AVG heeft eenieder recht op inzage van en rectificatie of wissing van zijn persoonsgegevens of beperking van de hem betreffende verwerking, alsmede het recht tegen de verwerking bezwaar te maken en het recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. U kunt deze rechten uitoefenen door contact met ons op te nemen via <\/span><a href=\"mailto:contact@hellodialog.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">contact@hellodialog.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ieder verzoek daartoe dient te worden vergezeld van een kopie van een geldig identiteitsbewijs, waarop u uw handtekening heeft gezet en onder vermelding van het adres waarop er met u contact kan worden opgenomen. Binnen 1 maand na het ingediende verzoek, krijgt u antwoord op uw verzoek. Afhankelijk van de complexiteit van de verzoeken en het aantal van de verzoeken kan deze termijn indien nodig met 2 maanden worden verlengd.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In geval van schending van enige wet- of regelgeving, waarvan de bezoeker wordt verdacht en waarvoor de autoriteiten persoonsgegevens nodig hebben die de beheerder heeft verzameld, worden deze aan hen verstrekt na een uitdrukkelijk en gemotiveerd verzoek van die autoriteiten, waarna deze persoonsgegevens mitsdien niet meer onder de bescherming van de bepalingen van deze privacyverklaring vallen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indien bepaalde informatie noodzakelijk is om toegang te krijgen tot bepaalde functionaliteiten van de website, zal de verantwoordelijke het verplichte karakter van deze informatie aangeven op het moment van het vragen van de gegevens.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U kunt commerci\u00eble aanbiedingen krijgen van de beheerder.
